• QC.05A Concrete Truck Info

Brief Description: A quick-reference form completed for each ready-mix concrete truck upon its arrival at the site; it serves as a supplement to the QC.05 record mentioned above.

Purpose: To monitor concrete quality while inside the truck and prior to discharge. It records the truck's departure time from the plant and its arrival time (to ensure no delays or drying occur), as well as the results of on-site tests performed next to the truck, such as concrete temperature and the slump test.
